How custom design works

  1. STEP 01

    Talk to us

    Tell us who the home is for, how you want to use it and what your budget is. A phone call is all it takes.

  2. STEP 02

    Feasibility

    We check your block for zoning, overlays, easements, sewer and services, and survey the site so the design fits it from day one.

  3. STEP 03

    Design

    We design your floorplan, facade and finishes around your block and your brief, and prepare everything needed for a fixed-price building contract.

  4. STEP 04

    Build

    With the building permit in place, construction begins on site, from breaking ground to handover in as little as 4 months.

What does custom cost?

Custom homes start from the same price as our entry-level design. Your final price depends on size, layout and finishes, and is fixed before construction starts.

Starting from

$159,999

Build price, including GST and a standard concrete slab. Service connections and site works (such as footings for reactive soils, deep piers or sloping sites) are separate. We can arrange them for you, or you can use your own contractor.
